Cancellation Policy

Cancel free before work begins, not after.

Every painting on this site is made to order. Nothing is painted until it is sold, which means the moment your order reaches a painter, materials are cut, the board is prepared and the artist's time is committed. That is the line our policy is drawn on.

Before work begins — full refund.
Within 24 hours of placing your order, or at any time before we mark your order 'With the painter', email us and we will cancel and refund you in full. You will see the refund in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

After work begins — no cancellation.
Once your order moves to 'With the painter', the commission cannot be canceled. The board has been prepared and the artist has begun. You will continue to receive a stage email at each step until the piece ships.

Damaged or not as described.
This policy is about cancellation, not about faults. If a piece arrives damaged in transit, photograph it in the packaging and contact us within 7 days — we will repair, replace or refund. Note that hand-painted work varies from the preview image by nature; see the note on every product page.

How to cancel.
Email customerservice@arthavenstudio.net with your order number. The stage shown under My orders, and in your stage emails, tells you which side of the line you are on.
