Shipping Policy

Every piece is painted to order in 3–5 days, framed, then shipped from Tamil Nadu, India.

What shipping costs.
Shipping is paid by the customer and calculated at checkout from the framed weight of your piece — a framed 36×45 painting weighs about 17kg and a 12×15 about 3kg, and a flat rate would be wrong for one of them. Crating and insurance are included in the figure you see.

How it is packed.
Framed paintings ship crated, corner-protected and insured. Foil and gesso relief do not tolerate pressure, so the crate is built around the frame.

How long it takes.
3–5 days to paint, plus framing, plus transit. Transit time varies by destination and by how long customs takes. You are emailed when the piece ships, with tracking, and you can see the stage at any time under My orders.

Duty and taxes.
We ship from India. Any import duty, VAT or customs charge levied by your country is payable by the recipient and is not included in the price or the shipping.

Wrong or undeliverable addresses.
Check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or undeliverable, the reshipping cost is payable by the customer.
