Privacy Policy

We collect only what an order needs: your name, delivery address, email address and phone number. If you write to us through the contact or commission form we also keep that message.

Why we keep it.
To paint and deliver your commission, to email you at each production stage, and to keep accounting records we are required to keep.

Payment details.
Card and payment details go directly to the payment provider and never reach our servers. We store a payment reference, not a card number.

Who else sees it.
Our shipping courier, so that your piece can be delivered, and our email provider, so that we can write to you. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.

Analytics.
If analytics are enabled, nothing loads until you accept the banner. Declining is respected and remembered in your browser.

Your choices.
You can delete your account and personal data at any time from your profile; past orders are retained anonymized for accounting. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or erased, email customerservice@arthavenstudio.net; our postal address is on the Contact page.

International transfer.
We are based in India. If you order from elsewhere, your details are processed in India in order to fulfil the order.
